With 28 years in sales, 9 years in corporate management, and 12 years as a business founder, Devell brings a rare combination of executive leadership and entrepreneurial grit. His deep ability to build trust, identify client needs, and navigate complex B2B relationships drives Porter Collective's client acquisition and growth strategy.

Kimberly Porter

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER · SHRM-CP · CCSP

Kimberly is the firm's recruiting engine and talent strategy architect. With a decade of specialized placement experience, SHRM-CP certification, and a Certified Career Services Provider credential, she ensures every placement meets the highest standards while genuinely aligning candidate goals with organizational needs.
